- Capay Farms baby beet salad with baked hazelnut crusted goat cheese, arugula, French radish and roasted apricot and chive vinaigrette
- Applewood smoked Mary's 1/2 chicken with lemon, rosemary and garlic, corn spoon pudding and blue lake beans almondine
- Raspberry cupcakes with vanilla bean and cocoa nib frosting
