Penny Peck, President of the San Lorenzo School Board and longtime children's librarian, is offering a storytime for children ages 3-8 years, their parents, and siblings, to celebrate Strong Women in U.S. History to coincide with the AAUW (American Association of University Women) exhibit 75 Years of Women's Empowerment. This free family storytime will mix songs and stories and finishing with arts and crafts relating to the exhibit. Books include Around American to Win the Right to Vote, This Land Is Your Land, and other picture books.
